@nizhikov It's impossible to split PR. - Since timeout is hardcoded, it's impossible to check failure handler without significantly increasing of blocking thread check timeout. I suppose nobody wants to super long tests. - The second suggestion is not possible to implement without refactor a huge codebase. - The second suggestion is not related to this issue. I strongly disagree with splitting.
