@AMashenkov I've updated `ClientTupleBuilder` to differentiate unset and
null values, so it behaves the same as `TupleBuilderImpl` on the server. This
behavior is covered by `ClientTupleBuilderTest` and `TupleBuilderImplTest`,
which have the same tests for different implementations.
