This plugin seems to be misconfigured (see https://github.com/melix/jmh-gradle-plugin/issues/270), since gradle does not cache test runs, so it should not test benchmark runs. I think it would be better to fix configure this task to never cache the results. If that is not possible, the docs should be updated to show how to run this task w/o calling `/.gradlew clean` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
