virtualenv 21.x doesn't install in the ducktests tox environments: it needs Python >= 3.9, and on Python >= 3.10 it needs filelock >= 3.24.2, while requirements.txt pins filelock==3.16.1 to keep Python 3.8. virtualenv and filelock will be updated together with dropping Python 3.8 and 3.9 from ducktests. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
