Fixes [IGNITE-29208](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-29208). `SSLContextWrapper.createSSLEngine(host, port)` currently drops the supplied peer address. Forward it to the matching delegate overload while continuing to apply the configured protocols and cipher suites. The regression test fails on master and passes with the fix. Both engine overloads are covered. The focused Maven reactor build and checkstyle pass. This is an independent fix from the [TLS hot reload umbrella](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-28867); it does not add reload or renewal behavior. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
