Done. Had to adjust CacheFreeListSelfTest a bit: it builds the free list
with a bare GridTestKernalContext that has no cache processor, so ctx.cache()
returned null. The test now provides a mocked GridCacheProcessor whose shared
context returns a real IgniteCacheDatabaseSharedManager.
