The wire-format change is rolling-upgrade gated: the new `statusCode` field is declared with `@Order(value = 3, introducedBy = "QUERY_FAIL_RESPONSE_ERROR_CODE_FEATURE")` and registered in `CoreFeatureRegistry`, so the generated serializer writes/reads it only when both peers advertise the feature. With older peers the message stays byte-identical to today's (`statusCode` remains `NO_STATUS_CODE` and the reducer keeps the old causeless `CacheException` behavior). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
