新WAL合入master之后，在乱序场景下写入提升了约20%的写入性能，但会出现system
reject。个人认为这是一个正常现象，因为写入吞吐上升后必定导致系统负载变高。
将参数max_waiting_time_when_insert_blocked从10000调整到20000后暂时未出现system
reject，仍需测试组继续验证。
