Currently, we don't know what PartitionTable that ConfigNode returns to 
DataNode, which is not conducive to development debug. So I have temporarily 
added logs for getSchemaPartition getOrCreateSchemaPartition getDataPartition, 
getOrCreateDataPartition  interfaces.
