Summary: rename artifactId of "node-commons" to
"iotdb-node-commons"

In node-commons/pom.xml, the artifactId is "node-commons",
it is better to rename it to iotdb-node-commons, so that all generated jars
files that we build have the same format: "iotdb-*.jar" in the lib folder.
It will be helpful to maintain the softare in a deployment enviroment.
