Reproduce:
commit version: 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT (Build: a7908ab-dev)
Steps:
1. setup cluster (3C3D 3副本）
2. using BM to insert data
3. after all test finished,try to restart the cluster
4. Check the result in iotdb-metric,like below picture
