When selecting plain body on the SMTPSampler GUI, I expected the message text
to be disabled.
Attached you will find a patch that does that.
Additionally I changed the event lister from action lister to Change Lister in
the suppress subject. This listener is more appropriate because the gui changes
when loading a script without an action happening. This ends up with an
incorrect gui state.
