I've downloaded sources from
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/jakarta/jcs/sources/jcs-1.3-src.tar.gz and
put them into jar with the same manifest as in the jar with binaries. Then I've
put this file to my local maven repository and it seems to work fine (The
sources are properly associated with binaries in Eclipse).
Can anybody review this jar and put it to the central maven repository?
P.S. I wasn't able to download the invalid jar with sources as it is stated in
the bug description.
