A Thread Group reads a "CSV Data Set Config" and uses the same row in 2
different threads. The "CSV Data Set Config" should only allow each row to be
used once.

2.3 million lines in the file, no duplicate entries (checked with 'uniq').

* Stop Thread on EOF: True
