JMeter currently supports Jexl 1.1.
This is used by the __jexl() function and the BSF test elements.
It would be useful to support Jexl 2 as a function - the scripting is much
improved over Jexl 1.
Still need to keep Jexl 1 for BSF and existing __jexl code.
