When running in GUI mode with the "Run Thread Groups consecutively" checked,
the thread-groups get executed sequentially in order.
When executing the same JMX file from command line (in my case solaris) this
property seems to be ignored, as the thread-groups get executed simultaneously.
I was unable to find a bug on this matter, but I found this old question:
