Understood completely — delegating deletions to cascading foreign keys
in PostgreSQL bypasses James' asynchronous event pipeline. This directly
interferes with the Deleted Message Vault population during `MailboxDeletion`
events
and leaves orphaned blobs in non-deduplicating blob stores.
Closing this PR as this lifecycle management must remain in the
application layer.
