I am currently live testing this manually by running the live tests once with id and pk, and then again with a valid token. The token retrieved after an initial oauth token request is not readily available via the api (therefore not available for a live test), so I am going to create a new issue to implement that (also related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCLOUDS-518) and the tests for those features will automatically test this in a single live test run.
