Some providers do not properly support persistent connections. See:
https://github.com/docker/docker/issues/12845
https://github.com/docker/compose/pull/1374

This pull request introduces the to configure
`jclouds.connection-close-header`, to automatically add the `Connection: close`
header to all requests. This is particularly useful when using drivers that
reuse connections by default (such as the [OkHttp
driver](https://github.com/square/okhttp/wiki/Connections)), but still allows
to configure the header explicitly in concrete methods of concrete APIs where
needed.
