I've pushed the changes to [master](http://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/jclouds/commit/96a1c442) and [2.0.x](http://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/jclouds/commit/73875884) and amended the commit message to include the JIRA issues. I've also added the Ohio region in an [additional commit](http://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/jclouds/commit/04ab255d) where I also added the new ISO-3166 codes to the test classes that reference them.
