Currently, Kyuubi Flink engine uses Kyuubi's session management, thus omits Flink's own session idleness mechanism. However, if Flink enbles the session idleness, the sessions would be terminated prematurely. ### How should we improve? _No response_ ### Are you willing to submit PR? - [X] Yes.
