------------------------------------------------------------

I have created something for this in our system.  However I'm not too familiar
with the code base at the moment so I found it a bit difficult to know how to
hook it in, i.e. I want to be able to create the MBean if JMX is enabled, but I
haven't found any ways to hook this in.  I can provide a patch if you would
like to see what i have at the moment?

For us, we have an inhouse tool that is able to manipulate loggers on the fly,
i.e. we don't use the log4j JMX GUI
