This PR formats the Java sources with Palantir Java Format and normalizes the license headers of the Java, XML and properties files, using the Spotless configuration inherited from `logging-parent` through `flume-parent`. It is a formatting-only change, split out of #4 so that the switch of the build to `flume-parent` can be reviewed on its own: - the POMs are unchanged, the Spotless configuration of #4 was only borrowed to run `spotless:apply`; - the Derby `service.properties` of the Hive tests is left untouched, since #4 moves that database out of `src`.
