Fixes #4344.
The `%m{html}` renderer was an empty stub, so it removed each message. This
implements HTML-safe text escaping for both String and StringBuilder inputs
using the existing XML escaping utility. The pattern converter test confirms
that message markup is escaped and any existing output prefix is preserved.
Validation:
- `./mvnw -pl :log4j-core-test -am -Dtest=MessagePatternConverterTest
-Dsurefire.failIfNoSpecifiedTests=false test` — passed.
- `./mvnw -pl :log4j-core,:log4j-core-test spotless:check` — passed.
