URL: https://github.com/apache/logging-flume-rpc/pull/14

Applications that only send events over Thrift had to depend on
`flume-rpc-thrift`, which also contains the source and sink and therefore pulls
in the whole agent. This splits it into `flume-thrift-client`, which only
depends on `flume-client` and `flume-auth`, and
`flume-thrift-source`/`flume-thrift-sink`, grouped under `thrift/`.

The client follows the `RpcClient` contract introduced by
apache/logging-flume#511: delivery failures are `RpcDeliveryException`s,
connection failures `IOException`s and configuration errors unchecked
exceptions. The fake Thrift server shared by the client and sink tests moves to
the unpublished `flume-thrift-test` module, since test-jars break with
`-Dmaven.test.skip`.

   Requires apache/logging-flume#510 and apache/logging-flume#511.
