Now the mynewt_nordic repository features a shadow BSP for nRF52-dk board,
therefore this tutorial should be updated in order to use such BSD, and maybe
have the example's code on mynewt's source tree (since now we are able to make
it not depend on mynewt_nordic), so the user doesn't need to copy/paste code.
