This change allows to build the documentation using the latest Sphinx release (tested on version: 8.0.2). It is required due to breaking changes in the dependent package `docutils` introduced in version 0.17. However, it needs further tweaking and testing as currently in the HTML output e.g. the unordered lists are rendering incorrectly, (see [discussion](https://github.com/readthedocs/sphinx_rtd_theme/issues/1115) . -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
