The documentation for the newtmgr conn add command is in this PR:MYNEWT-762 Doc
Update for 1.1 newtmgr conn add format.
Marking this Jira as resolved and opening a separate JIRA to document all the
newtmgr commands with the new global flags and will wait until we are closer to
the release to document since things are still changing. For example - the *-n
--devicename* flag has been changed to --name flag.
