@eirikbakke if you can spare a bit of time, please try running with this patch with and without `-J-Dorg.netbeans.modules.java.source.usages.BuildArtifactMapperImpl.COMPARE_TIMESTAMPS=true` to verify that it continues to solve your CoS issues.
