I can only comment why I will veto merging this: The Code in the hg repository is CDDL/GPLv2-CPE licensed. Only the owner of the copyright can change the license. The owner in this case is Oracle. The donation process that was done for other modules transfers ownership to the ASF and thus gives it (and as the Apache NetBeans project is part of the ASF "us") the right to change the license. Large bodies of CDDL/GPLv2-CPE code can't be included in the sourcecode of an ASF project, so this is blocked. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
