### Apache NetBeans version Apache NetBeans 13 ### What happened When an exception occurs in "Notifications" it was previously possible to open and report a bug from within the IDE. This however only shows a "< Previous" button without a "Send" button, see screenshot.  ### How to reproduce Cause an exception within the IDE, attempt to send this through the IDE. ### Did this work correctly in an earlier version?
