   ### Description

While debugging a PHP project using XDEBUG is not possible to run PHP code
in a terminal (or I'm not aware how to do it).

It would be a great help if a PHP terminal is available to run PHP commands
in the current context. Currently, is one of the main drawbacks of using
NetBeans to debug PHP code.

This is available in other IDE like PHPStorm or Visual Studio Code so it
should be feasible.

This issue has been copied from

   ### Use case/motivation

While debugging sometimes is very useful to run PHP code on the current
context to evaluate expressions or get more information of the current
situation. This could potentially speed up the debugging process a lot.
