   The community installers that @geertjanw and I produce will have to bundle 
JDK 18 I guess.  It also means that we should caveat JDK 19 on the downloads 
page?

   Seems a strong argument in favour of a plugin or similar that runs on the 
target JDK and not the runtime JDK of the IDE to me!
