To improve the writeData() method, you can use a non-blocking write to
reduce the overhead of the blocking I/O. Additionally, you can use the
ByteBuffer.compact() method to move any unread data to the start of the buffer
and set the position to the end of the unread data. This will help optimize the
performance of the writeData() method and reduce the time it takes for the
method to complete. You can also use the Selector.wakeup() method to wake up
the selector thread and ensure that any queued data is written as soon as
possible. Finally, you can use the SelectionKey.cancel() method to close the
file descriptor associated with the selection key, preventing further I/O
operations.
