so I don't know how it works on windows, but i tested it on linux and it
seems to work as follows:
- target path: `/tmp/` creates `/tmp/tmp.zip` (it should probably pick a
better archive name for that)
- target path: `/tmp/backup.zip` creates `/tmp/backup.zip` (which makes
sense)
