I was testing NB19-r1 and I tried disabling the PSR-12 option but "Fix Imports" still seems to insert a blank line between `use` class and `use function` blocks. Additionally, now the option 'Between Use Types' in 'Black Lines' category doesn't seem to have any effect. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
