### Apache NetBeans version Apache NetBeans 19 ### What happened Open Micronaut core v4.1.x project using Graalvm 23 JDK17. During project open I've 2 or 3 of these notification windows from NBLS 19.0.301 `Project micronaut-core:test-suite-geb: Could not resolve all files for configuration ':test-suite-geb:testCompileClasspath'. Could not download groovy-macro-4.0.14.jar (org.apache.groovy:groovy-macro:4.0.14): No cached version available for offline mode: Could not resolve all files for configuration ':test-suite-geb:testCompileClasspath'. Could not download groovy-macro-4.0.14.jar (org.apache.groovy:groovy-macro:4.0.14): No cached version available for offline mode` ### How to reproduce _No response_ ### Did this work correctly in an earlier version?
