The problem happens in all my PCs where the OS is Windows 11 24H2; there are no problems where the OS is Windows 11 23H2. The message that appears when I try to install Version 24 in Windows 11 24H2, also appears when I try to uninstall Version 23 on the same PC. On that PC, version 23 was installed while the OS was still Windows 11 23H2, with no problems. There are no problems when I uninstall version 23 in Windows 11 23H2. The solution seems to avoid upgrading Windows 11 to 24H2 or rolling back to version 23H2. Unfortunately on many PCs that I use, the 24H2 cannot be uninstalled anymore, because the "grace period" after the upgrading has already terminated. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
