I am surprised you say it's unsupported, I found the configuration I used on stack trace. If you use the os installer version, then it doesn't work. According to stack trace, it is a supported configuration, and the zip version of NB was referred to as the common version as it is only supposed to rely on the JDK to run. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
