It loaded much better than before.
load time was much faster
loaded all previous version settings
in one test I had it open 20 projects
The only one thing was it still required that
#netbeans_jdkhome="/path/to/jdk"
be set. It did not find the Java Home setting.
If there is any thing else I can do to help let me know.
