I have checked all of that already. lazy=true is needed exactly to add an icon, otherwise NB complains: <img width="384" height="159" alt="image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/1a8cf50c-a4d6-4226-828c-db0c3a650c3b"; /> Please note that the action has been created with the wizard and there is not only the issue with the icon, the shortcuts too get lost. I would suggest to keep it as a bug until it is clearly a misuse.
