In Gradle 9, `FileCollectionDependency` no longer implements the
`SelfResolvingDependency` interface that provided `resolve()` and its peers.
Those methods on FileCollectionDependency were marked deprecated for removal in
Gradle 8.7. For reference, `resolve()` returned a `Set<File>`.
`FileCollectionDependency` has had a `getFiles()` method since Gradle 3.3
that returns a `FileCollection`, and that interface implements
`Iterable<File>`. So instead of adding all of a collection to a set we will
iterate over the files and individually add them to the set. This should work
for all versions of Gradle 3.3 through 9.0.0.
