### Apache NetBeans version Apache NetBeans 27 ### What happened Add Japanese Javadoc zip file downloaded from Oracle into Javadoc Tab of Java platform manager, but Javadoc window shows not translated text if source files are existed. This behave seems like priority issue to me, but I can't find any way to resolve this issue. ### Language / Project Type / NetBeans Component _No response_ ### How to reproduce Check source files Javadoc are not translated(US English) Add translated javadoc file or URL at Javadoc tab. ### Did this work correctly in an earlier version?
