### Description
Provide code completion for the javadoc `{@value}` tag (see
[value](https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/21/docs/specs/javadoc/doc-comment-spec.html#value)).
It would be included in the list of javadoc completions for `{@...`, like
`@code` etc.
