- removed Applet, JApplet and JNLP templates
- shallow removal of the functionality, e.g JApplet forms should be still
previewable as long as the component is still in the classpath
Thought about removing the whole webstart module but when I saw that it
defines an ant task for jnlp I decided to do only a shallow removal pass since
I don't really know how deep this goes and what it would break.
