### What happened
I download the netbeans-29-bin.zip from the Apache website, unzipped, then
ran netbeans/bin/netbeans. A flash screen appears and then a white window with
a frame. Then it just sits there.

I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 card (which I know is old).
