- Debugging of `@JavaScriptResource` when `ScriptPresenter` is used isn't
easy.
- when the JavaScript code is `ScriptEngine.eval`uated
- it doesn't have proper file associated
- this PR fixes that by _tunneling_ `URL` of the resource to
`ScriptPresenter`
- and using it as `ScriptEngine.FILENAME`
