This happening to me as well in NB29, but the machine never goes to sleep. I lock the screen, return after an extended period of time, unlock the screen, and the CTRL+F, CTRL+H, right-click functionality no longer works as expected - the search sidebar and the context window do not appear at all. I haven't been able to reproduce this error by locking / unlocking the screen on-demand. It seems to be random or only occur after a certain amount of time has elapsed - I've yet to discover the magic number, but I will pay closer attention. I will also upgrade to NB30 and see if it still occurs there. I've had to close out of NetBeans and re-open it as a workaround.
