### Description It would be nice to have the list of previously opened files (tabs) imported from the previous version. Basically, restore the session, similar to how you can restore a session in Firefox after update/close. ### Use case/motivation Currently, when I open NetBeans after an update, I am greeted with the gray void of an empty workspace ;). I usually keep at least a few tabs open with recently edited classes so that I can quickly return to them and fix things when I receive a bug report. The order of the tabs and their exact placement are not particularly important to me, so if there are issues with preserving that order between NetBeans versions, that would not be a deal breaker (for me at least). What is important is that those files remain open. In a way that files restore my mental model for what I was doing, if that makes sens :) ### Related issues _No response_ ### Are you willing to submit a pull request?
