Great initiative Michael,
I think that to achieve this goal we need to be determined to prune a lot.
There are a lot of pages which are deprecated and need to be put in the
trashcan from where they can still be restored as long as we don't empty it.
One thing we should also do is compiling the case where the word specialpurpose
is used and replace it with plugins when it fits. I guess we will find a lot of
pages that can be pruned...
